Pick a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Recover at home. Back to school or work on Monday, performed by a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Between work, carpools, and everything else, finding a full weekday to sit in a waiting room isn't realistic. That's why we built No Wisdom Weekend specifically around schedules like yours.
L-PRF, also known as "Liquid Gold", is a healing booster made from a small sample of your own blood. We spin it down, concentrate your body's natural healing proteins, and place it directly into the extraction sites.
Most oral surgeons charge hundreds of dollars extra for this. At Bespoke, it's included with every No Wisdom Weekend case, at no additional cost.
Meet Dr. Tarik, review your x-rays, and lock in a surgery day. Quick, honest, no obligation to move forward.

Wisdom teeth removal, especially with IV sedation, is real surgery. At Bespoke, it's performed by Dr. Tarik Elmohd, a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with Ivy League training and over 10,000 procedures of hands-on experience.
"I built No Wisdom Weekend the way I'd want it for my own family: one weekend, one honest price, and early, hassle-free evaluation. I've treated wisdom teeth at every stage of life, from 8 years old to 98, and I've seen what happens when people sit on the problem because they were told to wait. They lose more teeth than they had to. No one should be told 'why didn't you do this earlier?' My goal is to give people honest, expert evaluation early, before small problems become big ones." Dr. Tarik Elmohd, DMD

Tap through the basics. The most important thing to know? Pain isn't the only sign something's wrong.
Wisdom teeth, also known as third molars, are the last set of adult teeth to develop, typically appearing between the ages of 17 and 25. By the time they erupt, your mouth is often already full, leaving little room for these extra teeth to come in properly.
As a result, wisdom teeth frequently become impacted, trapped beneath the gums, or grow in unhealthy positions, which can lead to pain, infections, damage to neighboring teeth, cyst formation, and other oral health complications.
Many patients believe that if their wisdom teeth aren't causing pain, there's no reason to remove them. Some have been told by their dentist to leave them alone unless they hurt. Unfortunately, that's not always true.
Impacted or poorly positioned wisdom teeth can cause significant problems long before any symptoms appear:
Pain should never be the reason to take action. Prevention should.
The ideal time to evaluate wisdom teeth is during the teenage years or early adulthood, before they have a chance to cause damage.
When wisdom teeth are removed early:
At Bespoke Dental, we combine advanced technology, surgical expertise, and compassionate care to make wisdom teeth treatment as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Dr. Elmohd personally evaluates every patient and develops a customized treatment plan based on their unique needs. Whether your wisdom teeth are impacted, partially erupted, or simply being monitored, you'll receive honest recommendations and expert guidance every step of the way.

Because wisdom teeth are located so far back in the mouth, they are often difficult to clean properly, making them especially vulnerable to bacteria and disease.
The reality is that wisdom teeth problems often develop silently. Much like high blood pressure can quietly damage your health before symptoms appear, wisdom teeth can create serious issues without causing pain. By the time you experience swelling, infection, or discomfort, the condition is often more advanced and treatment may become more complicated.
Pain should never be the reason to take action. Prevention should.

Schedule My Free Evaluation →Yes. The flat fee covers your wisdom teeth removal, impacted or not, same price, plus IV sedation, exam, x-rays, post-op care, and L-PRF Liquid Gold. There's no per-tooth pricing and no surprise upcharges for complexity or impaction. Most practices charge extra for impacted teeth and L-PRF separately. We don't.
L-PRF (Leukocyte- and Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a healing booster made from a small sample of your own blood. It's spun down to concentrate your body's natural healing proteins, then placed directly into your extraction sites. It speeds up healing, reduces pain and swelling, lowers infection risk, and promotes tissue regrowth. Most oral surgeons charge $300–$600 extra for it. At Bespoke, it's included with every No Wisdom Weekend case at no upcharge.
No, the $2,000 is a flat fee regardless of how many wisdom teeth come out in your visit. The price reflects the full surgical experience: a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, IV sedation, imaging, follow-up care, and L-PRF. For most patients with one or two teeth, that's still meaningfully below what they'd pay elsewhere once sedation, surgical fees, and L-PRF are added in.
We hold dedicated surgical slots on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for this program. This summer-break-only offer fills quickly, pick the day that works best with your family's schedule.
Most patients are. A Thursday, Friday, or Saturday surgery gives the rest of the weekend to recover and follow our post-op plan. With L-PRF accelerating healing, swelling and discomfort drop off faster than typical extraction recovery. The vast majority of patients return to class or desk work on Monday without issue. Heavy lifting, intense exercise, and contact sports should wait about a week.
Correct. Because surgery is scheduled Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, working parents don't need to burn a vacation day or take time off. You drop your teen off, wait in our reception area (or run errands nearby), pick them up 1–2 hours later, and have the whole weekend at home for recovery before Monday morning.
When administered by a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with hospital-level anesthesia training, IV sedation is one of the safest and most comfortable options available. Your teen will be monitored throughout the procedure and won't remember it. Dr. Tarik personally manages sedation from start to finish.
Yes. If your child is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present at both the consultation and on surgery day. The weekend scheduling makes that much easier to coordinate, no time off work or pulling them out of school.
No referral needed. Book a complimentary evaluation directly online or by phone, and we'll handle the rest, including coordinating with your general dentist if you'd like us to.
