Is the $2,000 really all I'll pay, even for impacted teeth? +
Yes. The flat fee covers your wisdom teeth removal, impacted or not, same price, plus IV sedation, exam, x-rays, post-op care, and L-PRF Liquid Gold. There's no per-tooth pricing and no surprise upcharges for complexity or impaction. Most practices charge extra for impacted teeth and L-PRF separately. We don't.
What is L-PRF "Liquid Gold" and why does it matter? +
L-PRF (Leukocyte- and Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a healing booster made from a small sample of your own blood. It's spun down to concentrate your body's natural healing proteins, then placed directly into your extraction sites. It speeds up healing, reduces pain and swelling, lowers infection risk, and promotes tissue regrowth. Most oral surgeons charge $300–$600 extra for it. At Bespoke, it's included with every No Wisdom Weekend case at no upcharge.
Is it cheaper if I only need one or two teeth removed? +
No, the $2,000 is a flat fee regardless of how many wisdom teeth come out in your visit. The price reflects the full surgical experience: a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, IV sedation, imaging, follow-up care, and L-PRF. For most patients with one or two teeth, that's still meaningfully below what they'd pay elsewhere once sedation, surgical fees, and L-PRF are added in.
Which days can I schedule surgery? +
We hold dedicated surgical slots on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for this program. This summer-break-only offer fills quickly, pick the day that works best with your family's schedule.
Will my teen really be ready for school on Monday? +
Most patients are. A Thursday, Friday, or Saturday surgery gives the rest of the weekend to recover and follow our post-op plan. With L-PRF accelerating healing, swelling and discomfort drop off faster than typical extraction recovery. The vast majority of patients return to class or desk work on Monday without issue. Heavy lifting, intense exercise, and contact sports should wait about a week.
Do I really not need to take time off work? +
Correct. Because surgery is scheduled Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, working parents don't need to burn a vacation day or take time off. You drop your teen off, wait in our reception area (or run errands nearby), pick them up 1–2 hours later, and have the whole weekend at home for recovery before Monday morning.
Is IV sedation safe? +
When administered by a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with hospital-level anesthesia training, IV sedation is one of the safest and most comfortable options available. Your teen will be monitored throughout the procedure and won't remember it. Dr. Tarik personally manages sedation from start to finish.
My teen is under 18, do I need to be there? +
Yes. If your child is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present at both the consultation and on surgery day. The weekend scheduling makes that much easier to coordinate, no time off work or pulling them out of school.
Do I need a referral? +
No referral needed. Book a complimentary evaluation directly online or by phone, and we'll handle the rest, including coordinating with your general dentist if you'd like us to.
