A titanium post placed into the jawbone, topped with a custom crown. It replaces one missing tooth without touching the healthy teeth on either side, and once it heals you brush and floss it like a natural tooth. If you've lost a tooth and want it back rather than filed down for a bridge, this is it.
We place two to four implants in your jaw, then build a denture that clicks firmly onto them. It stays put when you eat and talk, no adhesive, but you can still take it out to clean it. For most people this is the biggest single jump in quality of life per dollar spent.

Most lower dentures rely on adhesive, and most patients simply learn to live with the slipping. There is another way, and very few dentists in the United States are trained in it.

Dr. Al Naib trained in a precision denture method developed in Japan that creates a genuine seal between the denture and the tissue. Rather than sitting on the ridge and hoping friction holds it, the denture forms a closed vacuum that stays put through speaking, laughing and eating.
The result is measurable, and we measure it in the chair. We draw dental floss around the border of the finished denture and pull, trying to break the suction. On a properly sealed TrueSeal denture, it holds.
It calls for specific impression techniques, careful border design, and a working understanding of how the muscles and soft tissues move during function. Most conventional dentures are never designed with suction in mind at all, which is why most of them need adhesive.
Making it affordable
Most people who walk in here assume they can't afford it. Most of them are wrong, and it takes about ten minutes to find out.
We work with Cherry, CareCredit and Proceed Finance, and we run our own in-house 50/50 payment plan, so a decline from one lender isn't the end of the conversation. Most applications take a few minutes, and several use a soft credit check that won't affect your score.
Bring whatever card you have. We'll verify your benefits before you commit to treatment, apply every dollar of coverage you're entitled to, and handle the claim paperwork ourselves so you're not chasing your insurer on the phone.

Common questions
A traditional denture is the least expensive route and can often be fitted quickly. But "cheapest today" and "best value over ten years" aren't always the same answer. Implants cost more up front and last far longer, and financing spreads the cost into monthly payments that many people find easier to absorb than one large bill. Come in and we'll price out all three paths so you can compare them properly.
The real difference is how permanent it is. A denture rests on your gums and lifts out. Snap-in implants hold a denture firmly in place but still let you remove it to clean. A fixed full-arch bridge is screwed onto implants and never comes out at all. Bone volume, general health, and budget all play into which one makes sense for you, and that's what your exam and 3D scan will tell us.
In many cases, yes. With immediate dentures, we can extract and fit a healing denture in the same appointment so you don't go home without teeth. With fixed full-arch treatment, we can often place implants and fit a temporary arch the same day, with the permanent bridge fitted once you've healed. Whether that applies to you depends on your exam, and we'll tell you straight.
Hear it from us before you accept it. Bone grafting, angled implant placement, and modern 3D planning have made implants possible for a lot of people who were turned down even a few years ago. Resorbed bone and cases other offices turned down are a large part of what Dr. Elmohd does, and it's exactly what his specialty training is for.
Bring whatever plan you have and we'll work with it. We verify your benefits before treatment starts, apply everything you're entitled to, and file the claims ourselves. Insurance and financing can also be combined, so your coverage reduces the balance and financing handles the rest.
